Der Kaffee WIENER CREMA MELANGE –BIO– ist ein Allrounder und perfekt geeignet für Vollautomaten. Die Kaffeebohnen für diesen biozertifizierten Kaffee stammen aus Mexiko, Kolumbien und Indien.
Er ist eine Komposition aus erlesenem Arabica-Kaffee aus Chiapas México von der Farm El Chorro sowie aus Tolima im Herzen Kolumbiens, kombiniert mit Hochland-Canephora von der Farm Elk Hill in Kerala in Indien. Der Kaffee für den WIENER CREMA MELANGE –BIO– wird dort unter kontrollierten Bedingungen auf einer Höhe von 800 bis 1.650 Metern angebaut und anschließend handgepflückt, gewaschen und sonnengetrocknet.
Er besticht mit einem mildwürzigen Aroma, das nach feiner Schokolade schmeckt und Noten von Karamell und Nuss mit sich bringt. Dieser Kaffee ist sehr vollmundig und rund mit einer dezenten Säure, weshalb er nicht nur Solo sondern auch als Kaffee mit Milch sehr gut geeignet ist.
