Order simply, quickly and securely. We explain step by step how to place your order easily and quickly, how to check the status of your order and how to return ordered items easily if necessary.

Via the button "Add to shopping cart" you can put the desired products into the shopping cart. The default quantity is always "1". You can adjust the quantity on the product detail page and in the shopping cart.

After you have placed a product in the shopping cart, you will automatically be redirected to the shopping cart. From there you can use the "continue shopping" button to return to the previous page and order more products.

You can return to the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "go to shopping cart" button, which is located on the right-hand side of every page below the search field. In the shopping cart you have the possibility to adjust the order quantity of the selected products. To do this, enter the quantity in the "Quantity" field and then click on the "Calculate" icon behind it.

You can also delete individual items: just click on the icon in the last column. All done? Then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Decide here how you would like to proceed to checkout. If you are already logged in, this step is omitted. Otherwise, you can now log in as a customer to quickly order as usual or, of course, simply order without logging in:

You are already a registered customer at www.rotpunkt4u.de? Then simply enter your e-mail address and your personal password here and then click on the "Login" button. You can then place your order quickly and easily as usual. You then only need to confirm your details in the following step.

To register, simply click on "Shop with registration" and then set your personal password. Registration is free, takes only a few seconds and will save you a lot of time in the future and give you even more pleasure when shopping online.

- Step 1: Enter billing address

Enter the details of your billing address here. The following fields are mandatory: title, last name, first name, street, no., postal code, city, e-mail address, telephone, date of birth. Optionally, you can also specify: Additional/company, title, fax, mobile.

- Step 2: Enter delivery address

You also have the option to enter a different delivery address. The ordered goods will then be delivered to this address. Please note: The written invoice is always included in the delivery, even if you specify a different delivery address. If you did not want to enter a different delivery address, this step is not necessary.

- Step 3: Payment method & shipping

Here you will find an overview of the payment methods available to you. Select your preferred payment method. Your payment data will of course only be transmitted securely - you can find more about this in our data protection notice.

All information about the offered payment methods and possible restrictions can be found in our terms of payment and delivery.

Please now confirm the terms and conditions as well as the information on data protection and finally click on "continue".

- Step 4: Payment and confirmation

Before you send your order, this page will give you an overview of all the data of your planned order (especially billing and delivery address, product, price, quantity and payment method).

Please check your data for correctness. You can also correct or change your details here by clicking on "change". Enter your payment details. By clicking on the button "buy" you make a binding offer. After you have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order by us and listing its details (confirmation of receipt).

This confirmation of receipt does not represent an acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. A sales contract with us is only concluded when we send the ordered product to the shipping address. Your orders will be stored by us. If you lose your order confirmation, please contact us by e-mail. We will then send you the data of your order.
