Dieser Caffé Crème ist ein Allround-Talent. Die Bohnen stammen aus Afrika, Asien und Zentralamerika wo sie in Höhenlagen von mindestens 1.100 Metern wachsen.
Der Kaffee enthält wenig Säure und ist relativ mild. Seine Crema ist hellbraun, feinporig und langanhaltend. Die Konsistenz ist cremig und weich mit Geschmacksnoten von Karamell und einem Hauch von Vanille.
Die Crema-Röstung ist medium roast, die Bohnen werden hell bis mittel geröstet.
Für die Zubereitung dieser Mischung eignen sich ein Vollautomat, eine Siebträger- oder Filtermaschine bestens. Diese Sorte eignet sich auch optimal als Alternative für Espresso.
