ROTPUNKT guarantees for 10 years from the date of purchase that there are no design, material or manufacturing defects in this product. If a defect as described above occurs, the customer is entitled to a repair free of charge or, if this is too expensive, to a replacement free of charge upon presentation of the proof of purchase.
Excluded from the warranty are:
- Damage due to ordinary wear and tear, intentional damage, improper handling or damage due to improper use;
- defects caused by repairs and modifications by unauthorized third parties;
- damage to the capillary or in case of glass breakage;
- wear parts such as plugs, seals and neck profile rings or cleaning accessories.
In the event of a warranty claim, a return slip will be sent to you by e-mail free of charge upon request.
