Der koffeinfreie Kaffee LINDA ist ein 100% sortenreiner, entkoffeinierter Arabica-Kaffee aus Kolumbien. Der Hochlandarabica wird dort auf einer Höhe von 1.000 bis 2.000 Metern angebaut und nach der Ernte gewaschen und sonnengetrocknet.
Vor dem Rösten werden die Kaffeebohnen für den Kaffee LINDA mittels des umweltschonenden CO2-Verfahrens entcoffeiniert. Dabei behält der Kaffee sein Aroma und bietet vollen Genuss ohne Wirkungen des Koffeins.
Der koffeinfreie Kaffee zeigt besonders fruchtige und würzige Aromen und hat einen sehr weichen, runden und vollmundigen Körper. Diese Vollmundigkeit wird durch eine ausgewogene feine Säure ergänzt. Diese besonderen Aromen werden noch durch unser traditionelles Trommelröstverfahren herausgearbeitet und unterstützt.
