Der Barista Espresso wird aus 100% indischen Canephorabohnen hergestellt. Diese Kaffeebohnen wachsen in einem UTZ-zertifizierten Anbaugebiet auf der Farm Elk Hill. Dort gedeien sie im tropischen, indischen Hochland, auf einer Höhe zwischen 950-1.300 Metern. Durch die schonende dunkle Röstung ist in diesem hochwertigen Kaffee ist fast keine Säure mehr enthalten. Sein Geschmack ist sehr intensiv und besticht mit Aromen von dunkler Schokolade. Unsere Röstung erfolgt bei niedrigen Temperaturen, wordurch Bitterstoffe können entweichen können und die Aromen sich voll entfalten. Barista schmeckt als Espresso oder Caffé Crème sehr gut.
